Friendly Reminder that any changes or upgrades to your property must be preapproved. Please be sure to submit your ACC form and get approval prior to making any changes or commitments for changes. Clubhouse rental
We are continuing to work on our Community Area. Our next project for the Fall will be our Pool Area. So if you would like to be involved please join our Committee.
We also have the (old tennis courts) we would like to fix and paint. So if you have experience with this looking forward to talking to you.

Enjoy this cool weather ! Let's all start working on those projects we have been putting off for this awesome weather.. Holiday Decorations have Started within the Neighborhood! Have you started? The more participants the more Festive our community will be!
The daily rental is only $150 or $175 to decorate the night before (plus a $200 refundable deposit) for all day and night. All reservations can be made through Diana Davila.
Note: The clubhouse is reserved for Northshire Section I and II residents only. Deposits must be paid by an existing resident and maintenance/recreation fee must be current
