HOME AND PROPERTY UPGRADES/ CHANGES
Friendly Reminder that any changes or upgrades to your property must be preapproved. Please be sure to submit your ACC form and get approval prior to making any changes or commitments for changes. This includes major landscaping, roofing, exterior painting, room additions, etc. The form is located on our Forms page.

Welcome to the official website of the Northshire Maintenance Fund, Inc. Northshire, a beautiful community nestled in the tall trees of Humble was developed as a small community by Westchester Corporation with close access to F.M. 1960 and Highway 59. Amenities such as a clubhouse, community pool and community park make Northshire a wonderful place to relax and raise a family.
Northshire Maintenance Fund, Inc. is managed by a Board of Directors, elected by the residents and administrative services are provided by IMC Property Management

Trustee Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month except December at our Community Club House
